DCG Welding is a Miami shop specializing in marine aluminum — fabrication, repair, and custom work for boat owners, marinas, and marine contractors across South Florida.
Every job is aluminum, and almost every job is on or around the water. Most of them run end to end — measured, drawn, built, and fitted by the same shop.
Every build starts on the boat, not on a screen. We measure the vessel, work out how the piece has to sit, and draw it before a single cut is made.
You see the layout and the dimensions up front, so there are no surprises when the metal shows up at the dock.
Marine-grade aluminum in its usual forms and its unusual ones — 5052, 5086, and 6061, TIG and MIG, from plain structural supports to one-off pieces that do not exist in any catalog.
T-tops, towers, hardtops, consoles, rod holders, brackets, tanks, railings, ladders, and dock hardware. If it can be built in aluminum, bring us the idea.
Salt water is patient and aluminum is not invincible. Cracked welds, corroded joints, damaged transoms, leaking fuel and water tanks, and tired railings all come back to full strength.
We cut back to sound metal rather than welding over a problem, and we finish the repair so it does not stand out against the rest of the boat.
A part is only as good as the way it lands on the vessel. We handle the mounting, alignment, and hardware ourselves so the finished job is square, solid, and sealed.
Existing systems, wiring runs, and the finish of your boat get looked after while the work happens — not patched up afterwards.
